In addition to our newsletter, Facebook and Instagram are only platforms on which MeinLieblingsposter GmbH markets the competition. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook or Instagram, but MeinLieblingsposter GmbH / Mein Babyposter. All questions, comments and/or complaints about the competition are to be addressed exclusively to MeinFavoriteposter GmbH.
Only persons who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of MeinLieblingsposter GmbH or companies affiliated with it are excluded from participation.

Participation in the competition takes place via participation on the respective social media channel. The requirements for participation, the duration of participation, the prizes and information on how to win result from the prize draw description (see below).
MeinFavoriteposter GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other (organisational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims.
By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
Purchasing products from MeinFavorite Poster GmbH or from the external partners named under 6. of these conditions of participation does not increase the chance of winning.
The winners will be drawn at random and informed by e-mail within 7 days of the daily competition. Winners must also respond to the email within 7 days. If a winner does not register within the specified period, his prize will be raffled again among all participants.
The prize is aimed at the respective competition. All information can be found in the competition on the platform itself or in the further course under the section of the individual competition. A cash payment is not possible.
In order to claim the prize, the winner undertakes to give MeinLieblingsposter GmbH their name and address within the aforementioned period of 7 days. Shipping is via us or our partners. Delays may occur due to public holidays. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data.
In order to transmit the prizes, the personal data (e-mail address, name and address) of the winners will be passed on to third parties. The delivery of the respective prizes cannot be provided with a guaranteed delivery date. This may vary depending on the competition partner.

MeinLieblingsposter GmbH is not liable for damage in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition provider or his vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. Any claims for compensation based on injury to life, limb and health as well as essential contractual obligations remain unaffected by this.
Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, ineffective or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining conditions shall remain in effect. A corresponding valid clause takes its place. The same applies if there is a loophole.
